This course, the last of many designed by Eddie Hackett, is considered by many to be one of his finest works. The natural shape of the terrain, with its large dunes, was kept intact by Hackett, resulting in a demanding yet truly ‘natural’ course. This course affords spectacular views of Blacksod Bay and the Atlantic Coastline. Although established in 1925, this superb course has been virtually kept secret until recent years.
